A little bit about me.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications and spent over 20 years leading marketing and communications for high-pressure startups and tech companies. For more than 25 years, I have been a devoted student of personal development, a journey that led me to become a certified Life Coach in 2020. For the past six years, my mission has been guiding high-achieving women away from burnout and toward self-alignment and true sovereignty.
My own path to unmasking began in my late 20s under the mentorship of Mona Miller, who first introduced me to the essential tools of self-reflection, self-love, and emotional awareness. On my 40th birthday, a gift from my sister—You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay—changed everything. I have studied, referenced, and applied that text for over a decade. Through that ongoing practice, I have developed the frameworks and exercises that now form the foundation of The Human Woman Project.
I know the weight of the "Superwoman" identity because I lived it. Professionally, I navigated the relentless worlds of Silicon Valley and corporate marketing while simultaneously managing the long-term care of a traumatic brain injury survivor, the complexities of single parenting, and heavy caregiving responsibilities. These years shaped my deep understanding of what happens when we consistently override our inner voices, neglect our own needs, and prioritize everyone else above ourselves.
When I’m not coaching or writing, you can usually find me in nature, hanging with my best friend and partner, Tom, visiting friends, gardening, hiking, swimming, or in the kitchen cooking for the people I love. My daily yoga and meditation practice keeps me grounded. I cherish traveling to visit our blended family of four adult children, whose growth is a constant source of inspiration.
Coaching is my true calling—a purpose I recognized the moment I began my training. I knew then that I had finally found my life’s work, and I am honored to share it with you.
Through The Human Woman Project, I invite you to slow down and examine the pace, patterns, and roles you’ve inherited. I guide women to step away from being the Pleaser, the Fixer, the Chameleon, and the Perfectionist, so they can finally return to themselves—living intentionally, aligned with their values, and rooted in their inherent worth.
