I know what it feels like to look like you have it all together while quietly falling apart.

For over 20 years, I navigated the high-pressure world of Silicon Valley while carrying more than my share—at work, at home, and in every relationship that mattered. I reached the limit of what over-functioning can sustain.

This isn’t about fixing ourselves.

It’s about resigning from the roles of the Pleaser, the Fixer, and the Perfectionist — and coming home to who we truly are.

Today, through The Human Woman Project, I guide women back to themselves, helping them move from perfection to presence and from performance to sovereignty.

How We Navigate the Return

  • The Sovereignty Partnership (1:1)

A 12 week private partnership for the woman who is done over-functioning and ready to come home fully, honestly, and without performance.

This is a deliberate season of truth-telling, boundary-setting, and intentional redesign.

    Together, we:

    • Identify and resign from inherited roles
    • Clarify your core values and non-negotiables
    • Redesign your work, relationships, and daily rhythm to reflect who you are now
    • Establish boundaries that protect your energy and authority

    You’ll leave with:

    • A written Boundary Constitution
    • A clear roadmap for your next season
    • The inner stability to live it

  • The Sanctuary

A guided community for women ready to resign from inherited roles and rebuild their lives from self-trust.

This is the heartbeat of The Human Woman Project—a place to slow down, unmask, and return to yourself alongside others walking the same path.

The Woman behind the project.

I spent two decades in the high-stakes world of startups, mastering the art of the "hustle" before I realized it was actually the art of disappearing.

My path was forged through the extremes of caregiving, solo motherhood, and the high-pressure engine of tech marketing.

I no longer measure success by performance. I measure it by truth, presence, and sovereignty.

Now, I guide women through their own return.
