25+ Years of Corporate & Entrepreneurial Experience I’ve spent my career in marketing and communications, leading corporate teams, running my own businesses, and consulting independently across tech, finance, startups, and non-profits. I don't coach from abstract theory; I coach from a deep, practical understanding of high-pressure business environments and real-world professional constraints.
Lived Experience, Not Guesses. My path was never a straight, tidy line. Alongside my career, I raised two kids largely on my own and navigated a profound family caregiving crisis that reshaped both my life and my work. When a client is weighing a major promotion against what it will cost their family, or trying to navigate a transition with real financial constraints, I’m not guessing at the tradeoffs. I’ve made them.
